This type of housing is suitable for people who do not require support from a Scheme Manager. BCHA does not have any family sized accommodation. Our properties are mostly one bedroom flats and bedsits and are suitable for single people or couples. All properties are unfurnished. This normally means without carpets and curtains unless they are left by the previous occupier. Tenants of our General Needs accomodation may also be able to claim Housing Benefit.

Kimbolton Road

We also a have a small number of bungalows in Ray's Close for older, less mobile, people who do not require support.
