BCHA is run by a voluntary, non executive board consisting of local people skilled and experienced in the running of voluntary organisations and the housing and care of elderly people.

BCHA currently owns properties within the Borough of Bedfordshire.
Who we house
Primarily older single people and couples with a local connection to Bedford as well as people from outside Bedford who can demonstrate a housing need. We have a small number of units for people who do not require sheltered housing. We have a range of stock including a registered care home, sheltered housing and non-sheltered housing.
