Who runs BCHA
BCHA is run by a voluntary, non executive board consisting of local people skilled and experienced in the running of voluntary organisations and the housing and care of elderly people. |
Where we operate
BCHA currently owns properties within the Borough of Bedfordshire.
Who we house
Primarily older single people and couples with a local connection to Bedford as well as people from outside Bedford who can demonstrate a housing need. We have a small number of units for people who do not require sheltered housing. We have a range of stock including a registered care home, sheltered housing and non-sheltered housing.
