BCHA is a charitable housing association set up in 1957 to provide housing, care and support for older people. We provide a number of care and accomodation services specifically tailored towards older people. This includes, Residential Care, Respite Care, Sheltered Housing and Non-Sheltered Housing.

Respite Care now more affordable than ever!

Respite care is a great way to see if permanent, residential care is right for you or your relative. If you are a carer for an elderly person, it also offers a great way to ensure that you get a break. BCHA have recently reduced the cost of this service from £73.50 per night to £68.
