BCHA is a charitable housing association set up in 1957 to provide housing, care and support for older people. We provide a number of care and accomodation services specifically tailored towards older people. This includes, Residential Care, Respite Care, Sheltered Housing and General Needs Housing.

Residential Care

Residential Care is a service BCHA has a long history of providing to a high level.

Sheltered Housing

Sheltered Housing offers older people a choice of self-contained accommodation in a safe and secure environment.

 
Respite Care

Respite Care is perfect for short term stays in residential care.

General Needs Housing

General Needs Housing is suitable for people who do not require support from a Scheme Manager.
